Your Use of the TapLoop System

By activating a TapLoop keychain, you agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including destination URLs, contact information, and emergency contact details. You agree not to use TapLoop to redirect to harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.

For emergency contact keychains, you acknowledge that the information you enter will be publicly accessible to any person who taps or scans your keychain. You are solely responsible for what information you choose to include.

Sweder Design Co. makes no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information on this Website. TapLoop™ is provided "as is." Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the TapLoop system, including but not limited to situations where a keychain fails to redirect, an emergency contact page is inaccessible, or data is lost.

TapLoop Emergency Contact keychains are designed as a supplemental safety tool only and are not a substitute for calling 911 or other emergency services in a life-threatening situation.

Technology Disclaimer

Sweder Design Co. makes no guarantee of uninterrupted access to taploop.net. The Website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such unavailability.

In no event shall total liability exceed $500 to any one person.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweder Design Co. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the TapLoop system, your breach of these Terms, or any content you submit through our platform.

Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise, both parties agree to first attempt resolution via written correspondence at hello@swederdesignco.com. Should resolution not be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules, held in Waltham, Massachusetts. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, regardless of conflict of laws principles.

Termination

Sweder Design Co. reserves the right to refuse or terminate your access to taploop.net at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
